How to make the traditional Cypriot dip 'Tashi' or 'Tahini Dip' from pure Tahini.

Recipe:

1 cup Delicacy Foods Pure Sesame Tahini

½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 cloves of garlic

½ teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoons of olive oil

½ cup of warm water

½ cup of finely chopped fresh parsley (maintanos)

Preparation Method:

Add all in the ingredients in a food mixer and mix thoroughly until you get a smooth white greenish paste.

Serve with warm pitta bread!
