RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE MOUSTALEVRIA (PALOUZE)

Dilute 1 part of Parpis Grape Syrup in 3 parts of water. Heat the diluted mixture on a low heat setting slowly adding whole grain wheat flour 1 part of flour to 7 parts of the diluted mixture. While you add the flour stir the mixture continuously  and keep stirring until the mixture turns to a thick uniform paste. This will take about 20 minutes. You may add a small amount of rose water, sprinkle in some cinnamon powder and thinly ground almonds. Pour the hot paste in individual plates or serve in bowls and let it cool down. You may also keep moustalevria in the refrigerator and serve it as a delicious cold dessert.
