Regardless of whether you prefer a German Apfelwein, a French Cidre or an English Cider, we developed a product that encompasses all three: A sparkling wine from fermented Apples. You can easily make and enjoy this cider at home, following some simple steps. When your work is complete, you have a mild, sweet cider with an alcohol content between 5.2 - 5.5%.

Cider Making Kit contains:

1 pouch of apple juice concentrate* (ingredients: apple juice concentrate, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, acidifier malic acid, preservative sodium metabisulphite (contains sulphites)) , 1 bottle of apple flavouring** (ingredients: flavouring, water, dextrose, sweetener acesulfame K), 1 sachet of dry yeast with nutrients (ingredients: dry yeast (yeast, emulsifier sorbitan monostearate), phosphates, yeast extract, sulphates, vitamins, trace minerals), 1 empty 5-litre-keg as fermentation tank, 1 pressure control valve, 1 instruction manual
