We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours of receipt and it should be with you within 7 to 15 working days of dispatch (Most European destinations 5 to 7 working days, non-European countries 7 to 15 working days approximately). Weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days.
We will ship your order with the Cyprus Post International Parcel Service.
This is a very reliable and secure service which will get your order to you within the above estimated times. However, please let us know if you do not receive your order in good time and we will look into the matter. Delivery times may be longer for certain products and at certain periods in the year.
When you return a Product to us, in an unused, undamaged condition, because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see clause 4 in our T&Cs), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date of receipt of the returned Product. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, but not the cost of sending the Product to you. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us.

AUSTRALIA
For goods that are worth equal to or under AUD1,000, there are no duties, taxes or charges to pay. You will need to pay duties and taxes on some goods (like tobacco or alcohol) regardless of their value. If you import alcoholic beverages, tobacco or tobacco products by mail with a value equal to or less than AUD1,000 you will be sent an invoice by the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Control advising the duty and taxes payable. You need to pay this invoice before your goods will be delivered to you.
